Programs from 6 weeks to school age
Our age-appropriate activities and learning centers combine structured teaching with the freedom to explore, imagine and make choices.
In addition to holding and cuddling infants, our teachers interact with them to encourage mental and physical development. Children learn to grasp toys, vocalize sounds, recognize familiar pictures and gain new skills through stimulating activities woven into natural feeding and play routines.
Toddlers have opportunities to explore inside the classroom and on the playground. They begin more structured activities such as Learning Centers and Circle Time, build vocabulary and learn early concepts of color and size with guidance from teachers who understand the social challenges of this stage.
The Beginner program expands on the toddler foundation by introducing more routine and structure. Children build vocabulary, learn functional number skills and use simple reasoning to explain everyday occurrences while continuing age-appropriate social development.
Older three- and four-year-olds explore Learning Centers and participate in dramatic play. Children begin recognizing letters and letter sounds, add groups of objects by counting and understand concepts such as yesterday, today and tomorrow. The program also includes Kids-ercise physical activity.
Our Pre-K program teaches foundational literacy and math, including letter-sound relationships, sight-word recognition and basic mathematical functions. Character education and physical fitness help create a well-rounded school-readiness experience.
For children who have completed Pre-K or whose birthdays fall after the traditional kindergarten cutoff, Pre-K II provides additional academic challenge and enrichment opportunities.
